We created Casa Joan with the idea that our guests could relax and enjoy themselves in the most comfortable environment possible. Travelling is a big part of our lives, so we know what is important and essential when you go away. In addition to the obvious equipment, you will always find basic products for the start of your stay such as coffee, tea, oil, spices, a few dishwasher cubes and washing powder. As your hosts we are happy to give you tips on what to see, where to eat, which market to visit or where to buy seafood or fish.

We have taken special care to ensure that the flat is not just very much its own style, but above all has convenient furniture: a dining table with seating for 6 people, a large sofa bed, comfortable mattresses, a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with cooling and heating functions.

Moraira is a charming little town on the Costa Blanca known for its characteristic low-rise buildings, beautiful nearby beaches and mild climate. It is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of typical resorts. Despite its small size, you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday in the town: numerous restaurants, boutiques, services, excursions or water sports offers. Moraira is a real gem that impresses with its beauty and is referred to by many Spaniards as the ‘Saint Tropez’ of the Costa Blanca.
